Train Track

Disciple Class 门徒班

You do not need a seminary degree to make a disciple. You need someone to walk with you for 20 sessions.

  1. 20 facilitated Zúme Training sessions, about one hour each
  2. A small group — you are never doing this alone
  3. Every session ends with one obedience step, not just information
  4. Available in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and Cantonese

Graduation marker: you finish all 20 sessions and start your own group.

Multiply Track

Disciple-Maker Class 门训师班

Training is not enough on its own. You need someone checking in on whether you actually did it.

  1. Daily SOAPS accountability on WhatsApp — a short, personal check-in
  2. Weekly Zúme revision, so the training stays sharp
  3. Monthly leadership mentoring from Pastor Jony and the Alumni Leadership Network

RM40/month (USD10)

Graduation marker: your group starts a 2nd and then a 3rd generation group.

Missionary Class 宣教士班

For the disciple-maker whose next step is being sent.

  1. Advanced training for proven co-workers and missionaries
  2. Mission trip participation — recent trips include Indonesia and Thailand
  3. A signed covenant of commitment (Borang Perjanjian Murid & Rakan Pelayanan)
  4. By invitation only, after a track record of fruit
One thing this is not: a way to pay for a title. This is a sending and support-raising track. Money flows toward the one being sent — never from them.

Graduation marker: sent out. A 4th generation group documented.

  2. S.O.A.P.S. Bible ReadingA simple daily pattern — Scripture, Observation, Application, Prayer, Sharing.
  3. Accountability GroupsTwo or three of the same gender, meeting weekly, asking honest questions.
  4. Your Story, His StoryShare what Jesus has done in under three minutes.
  5. The List of 100Name the people God has already placed around you.
  6. Prayer WalkingWalk your neighbourhood and pray for what you see.
  7. The Person of PeaceFind the one God has already prepared to receive you.
  8. B.L.E.S.S. PrayerPray for a person's body, labour, emotions, social life and spirit.
  9. The Three-Thirds GroupLook back, look up, look ahead — so the group leads itself.
  10. Training Cycles & CoachingModel, Assist, Watch, Leave. How you hand it on.

Every session follows the same simple rhythm: look back at your obedience from last week, look up into God's Word, and look forward to who you will pass this on to.
