That gap is not a lack of faith.
It is a lack of training.

The path

Twenty sessions. One small group. Your own language.

Zúme Training is not a course you sit through. It is a path you walk with 3 to 12 friends.

You meet. You learn one simple tool. You go and practise it that same week.

No seminary. No cost beyond RM100. You do not leave your job or your church.

By the end, you will not just know about discipleship. You will have discipled someone.

Twenty facilitated Zúme Training sessions in your language. You finish by starting one group of your own.

Multiply Track

For those who have finished TRAIN. Daily S.O.A.P.S. accountability on WhatsApp, weekly Zúme revision, monthly leadership mentoring. You finish by producing a second and third generation group.

Open to founding members only while we build it carefully.

Missionary Class 宣教士班

Send Track

Advanced training for proven co-workers and missionaries. Mission trips. Covenant commitment. By invitation.

The Missionary Class is never “pay more to serve.”
It is a sending and support-raising track. Money flows toward the one who is sent — never from them.

Your trainer

Who will be walking with you

I am Pastor Jony Leong, based in Penang, Malaysia. I am a regional missionary and a certified Zúme discipleship trainer for Malaysia and Southeast Asia.

For years I watched faithful believers sit in church, love Jesus — and never once be shown how to disciple another person. Not because they did not want to. Because nobody trained them.

So that is what I do now. In six languages. Wherever the door opens.

The invitation

Before you go home to be with the Lord — make at least 12 disciples.

Like Jesus did. If twelve feels like too many, start with three.

The goal is never zero.
